Oil Well Road Updates

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES: FEBRUARY 18

11:45 AM - 12:00 PM:

Join us to receive ashes under the Pavilion for a brief service prior to the food distribution.

6:00pm - 7:00pm Service:

Join us as we begin the holy season of Lent for an Ash Wednesday worship service that will include the ancient rite of marking our foreheads with ash to remind us of our total dependence on the promised grace of our Lord Jesus. During our time together, we will celebrate both the sacramental meal, as well as a dinner meal during the worship service. A main course and drinks will be provided. Please bring a side to share.

THIS SUNDAY IS “THANK YOU SUNDAY” FOR OUR WORSHIP VOLUNTEERS

Join us this Sunday as we celebrate and recognize the dedicated volunteers who help make Emmanuel a caring and generous church family. This special recognition includes those who serve in Sunday worship, special events, and office ministries. We are truly grateful for the time and talents you share.

Each volunteer will be acknowledged and receive a small gift as a token of our appreciation for the love and dedication you bring to your service at Emmanuel.

We are deeply thankful for all that you do!

If you are interested in volunteering in the future, please see Julie Basile on Sunday morning during hospitality or email her at Julie@NaplesEmmanuel.org

MEET OUR CHURCH COUNCIL

At our recent annual meeting we welcomed and voted in two new Council members, Mike Hanson and Stephanie Fehr. You can read their bios here.

The Congregation Council provides general oversight of the life, finances, and activities of the congregation, with particular attention to our worship life. The Council is entrusted with ensuring that all decisions and actions align with the Word of God and the faith and practice of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

The Emmanuel Lutheran Church Council is committed to carrying out the mission of our congregation to the fullest. Together, we are a Christ-centered community where God’s Spirit transforms our lives as we worship, learn, love, share, and serve. If you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out to a council member.

2025 YEAR IN REVIEW

Please enjoy our 2025 Year in Review video, highlighting all that God has been doing in and through our Emmanuel community. This video celebrates the renovation of the Life Center, Community Room, bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen, the modular expansion at Emmanuel on Oil Well Road, and the addition of our new Music Director.

You’ll also see moments of fellowship, worship services, Back to School Drive, Radical Giving Event, Bible studies, and the many ways we continue to build community together. We give thanks for all that has been accomplished and for the faithful people who made it possible.
