Emmanuel Academies

Raising Up Church Leaders for Tomorrow!

Welcome To Emmanuel Academies

We are proud to welcome you to Emmanuel’s 5-Year Pastoral Leadership Degree Program. Our program is a highly innovative, collaborative venture between Emmanuel Academies of Naples, FL, Concordia University Chicago, and Sioux Falls Seminary of Sioux Falls, SD. Our partners are both accredited and highly respected for their innovation to benefit their students through exceptional outcomes and reduced costs and time requirements.

Over a 5-year period, our successful students will earn both an AA and BA from Concordia University Chicago in Organizational Management as well as a Masters in Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary. Other than periodic intensives at Emmanuel’s campus in Naples, FL, or the Seminary’s campus in Sioux Falls, our students can study from the comfort and confidence of their own communities that they can continue to serve as the further their education.

Thus, our students are learning in situ (i.e., in their own context and situation). Therefore, they are practicing and growing through relevant experiences and leading faculty utilizing technology to customize their experiences, assignments, and targeted outcomes. Students are matched to faculty mentors, pastoral mentors, and personal mentors, to strategize and optimize their growth and denominational faith formation.

Parallel to the academics at the two institutions, Emmanuel, through our Leadership Institute, will grow the student’s leadership, management, problem solving, collaboration, innovation, team building/management, marketing and fund raising skills, so they will be fully prepared to lead complex congregations, parishes and communities of faith.

We welcome your inquiries and look forward to speaking with you as to how Emmanuel can best equip you to serve your Church.
