EASTER SCRAMBLE WAS A BLAST!
Our recent Easter Scramble was a joyful celebration, welcoming over 30 children—from pre-K through high school—for a morning full of fun and fellowship.
Kids enjoyed an engaging Easter story game, bounce house, crafts, and of course, the egg scramble! We wrapped up the event with hot dogs grilled by Pastor Jay, making it a perfect ending to a wonderful morning.
It was a time filled with laughter, learning, and our church community coming together as one.
GREAT TIME AT THE EVERBLADES HOCKEY GAME!
About 60 members of Emmanuel’s congregation and their friends enjoyed a fun night out at the Everblades hockey game last Friday at Hertz Arena in Estero.
The Florida Everblades skated to an exciting 5–2 victory over the Savannah Ghost Pirates, making it an even more memorable evening for everyone who attended.
It was wonderful to see so many friends come together to cheer on the home team and enjoy a great night of fellowship and community!
LATIN, JAZZ & ROCK CONCERT A BIG SUCCESS!
Our Latin, Jazz, and Rock concert last Thursday was a wonderful evening, with a strongly positive response from the audience.
We welcomed approximately 104 people, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
A highlight of the evening was the strong participation from our “Dinners for 6 & 8” groups—about 60% of those in attendance were connected to these groups. It was encouraging to see such meaningful involvement.
The Emmanuel Jazz Ensemble with Friends delighted the audience with a dynamic and diverse program, featuring everything from jazz and rock to boleros and Italian opera—a mix that truly resonated with everyone.
Adding to the experience, conversations around the wine bar—hosted by our Happy Hour group—were rich, engaging, and full of connection.
It was an evening filled with great music, fellowship, and community—one we won’t soon forget!
