Emmanuel Park Updates
THANK YOU PASTOR SHARON:
We celebrated Pastor Sharon last Sunday after church with a luncheon. It was her last Sunday at Emmanuel Park Church. The children gave her flowers and a card they made.
The congregation gave her a T-shirt that said God is good…All the time…God is good. Pastor Sharon started each worship service with these words. Each person signed the shirt on the back.
INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES FOR THE NEXT PASTOR AT THE PARK:
This week, as our Park Church Call Committee begins the important work of interviewing candidates for our next pastor, we ask that you hold them in your prayers. May God guide their discernment, grant them wisdom and clarity, and bless their efforts. Thank you for your continued support and prayers during this pivotal time in our congregation's journey.
FARMER’S MARKET AT THE PARK:
Every Friday through April, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, there will be a farmer’s market at the Park. Pick up your fresh produce on your way home.
LAST SATURDAY WE HAD A WORK DAY AT THE PARK:
Thank you to everyone who came out to help with the Park Work Day. We accomplished a lot.
We moved the stage, spread mulch on the playground, laid pavers around the community garden and pressure washed the driveway and entrance way of the Welcome Center.
