JOIN ROB AND GIVE BACK: VOLUNTEER AT HABITAT FOR HUMANITY:
Habitat for Humanity Collier is one of our Serving Others Ministry Team Partners actively supported by our Church for many years. Rob Headley, a member of our congregation, volunteers for Habitat for Humanity Collier and would like to encourage other Church members to join him. Rob has found that volunteering for Habitat Collier has been rewarding and worthwhile.
Generally, Rob volunteers once a week in the construction area either painting, installing windows, doors, and countertops, or hanging vinyl siding. These are just a few examples of the construction volunteer opportunities in which Rob is involved. If you are interested in discussing this and possibly joining Rob to create an Emmanuel Habitat Team, please email him at robboheadley@yahoo.com.
There are also many other ways to volunteer that await you at Habitat for Humanity Collier - not all volunteer opportunities are on the job site! These opportunities include office work, ESL tutoring, teaching/mentoring, retail donation store, to name a few. To obtain more information, visit the website at habitatcollier.org/volunteer.

CASSEROLES FOR ST MATTHEW’S HOUSE:
Our Serving Others Ministry Team provides casseroles prepared by Church members to the St. Matthew’s House Shelter for the benefit of those sheltered. Please consider helping this outreach program as the need is huge!
You may pick up casserole pans, lids (and recipes if needed) and bring back a prepared casseroles to store in the stand - alone freezer in the kitchen. This outreach is still much needed and greatly appreciated by all of those housed in the shelter.
Please consider picking up a casserole container, or two, preparing one of the easy casserole dishes, and delivering the cooked casserole back to the Church. Our goal is to prepare 50 casseroles per month. Thank you!

LUTHERAN DISASTER RELIEF:
Since Russia invaded Ukraine three years ago, millions of Ukrainians have fled their homes to seek safety in neighboring countries — and have been welcomed by Lutheran Disaster Response’s partners in the region. Even as the situation evolves, the impact of this conflict on people’s lives continues.
Your extraordinary generosity gave Lutheran Disaster Response the opportunity to immediately accompany our neighbors in Central and Eastern Europe and to continue to walk with them through recovery and healing.
