Emmanuel Park Updates

WORSHIP SERVICE AT THE PAVILION BEGINS THIS SUNDAY AT 10:00 AM: Join us at 2770 Oil Well Road at the pavilion for worship this Sunday. It’s a great way to worship, enjoy our beautiful weather and welcome the Advent season.

CELEBRATE OUR SAVIORS BIRTH AT EMMANUEL PARK CHURCH PAVILION: Christmas eve service will be held at 5:00 PM. We will celebrate with a Live Nativity, Holy Communion and Candlelight service.

INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES FOR THE NEXT PASTOR AT THE PARK: The call committee has been very busy these past few weeks. We currently have completed 4 zoom interviews and have a 5th this Thursday. After that, the call committee and Pastor Lillejord will be discussing our next steps in moving forward. . This is an exciting time, and we feel confident in the process. We will keep you posted as the discernment of this committee moves forward.  Please keep the committee members and the pastors in your life of prayers.

CHRISTMAS CAROLING AT SOLARIS SENIOR LIVING:

We invite you to join us after church on Sunday, December 15th at 2:00 PM at Solaris Senior Living, 10949 Parnu St., Naples, FL 34109, to bring a little Christmas Cheer.

For more information please contact Deacon Dee: dee@naplesemmanuel.org

KEEPING UP TRADITIONS: Last week we made Advent wreaths to start off our Advent season. We had so much fun and look forward to lighting the candles on our wreath each week with our families.

CELEBRATE THE SEASON WITH CHRISTMAS POINSETTIAS!

As we prepare to celebrate the joy and peace of Christmas at Emmanuel, we invite you to order a beautiful poinsettia to help decorate for our Christmas Eve Service. For just $20.00, you can brighten our worship space and honor a loved one or commemorate a special event. Orders are being accepted now through December 15 and can be placed by filling out the order form or stop by the front office of Emmanuel on Mooring Line Dr.

Your contribution will not only add to the beauty of our service but also provide a meaningful way to honor or remember someone special during this season of hope.

Thank you for your generosity as we come together to celebrate the birth of Christ!

EMMANUEL PARK MODULAR WORSHIP BUILDING :

We are actively collaborating with engineers, contractors, vendors, and county staff to bring Emmanuel Park Church’s interim modular worship building to life. While our timeline has been adjusted, our priority remains ensuring that the structure is thoughtfully designed and fully approved for worship gatherings. Because no suitable pre-owned or leasable units exist, a brand new, custom-built unit is being crafted to serve our community’s needs for the coming years as we work to design, fund, and construct a permanent worship hall.

This custom modular will be a 36 x 60 structure with 9’ ceilings. It will be much nicer and larger than initial ideas. We do not have an estimate of time at the moment as we navigate Collier County’s complex construction standards and approval for location site. We need to have the design work completed, then engineering work completed by the manufacturer, with engineering to be reviewed and approved by county.  On county approval of structural plan, unit goes into manufacturing..... then site prep, electrical lines,  delivery, installation and certificate of occupancy.

We appreciate your continued patience and support as we strive to create a welcoming, high-quality worship space for all.
